Beginner/Intermediate Class

Peace + Love + Acro Yoga Time!
6:30-7:30pm: Beginnermediate lesson. $10
7:30-8:30pm: Open jam time - $5
Pre-Reqs: at least two previous acroyoga classes; familiarity with at least one washing machine; ability to base or fly bird, throne, straddle bat, and star; basic spotting ability.
The front door will be locked between 7 and 7:30, and then again from 7:40-8:30. Please knock on the window to be let in otherwise.
