Intermediate Acro Class
Intermediate Class
Taught by Eric Sipes & Kelly Marburger
As the Acro community in Baltimore grows so does the skill level of those involved. Kelly and I are honored and proud to offer this intermediate level class to those who have put in the time necessary to build a solid foundation in your practice.
In this class we will not cover foundations but rather refine and rework them. We will not cover the "rules", instead we will break them.

Washing machines - We will work one or more washing machines in which you will literally be able to accomplish them forwards AND backwards.
Whips which will challenge your trust and technique
Pops to challenge your dynamism and confidence.
Standing skills to take your practice higher and higher.
Together we will reach further and push farther, crushing our goals and supporting one another! ONWARD!
