Pre-reqs: Fly or Base following. Star 20 - 30 seconds, with ROM. Shoulder stand 20-30 seconds with ROM. Bird 20-30 seconds ROM (presses and swivels). Rev Star 20-30 seconds. Handstand against wall for 30 seconds.
