Class from 7:30 - 8:45 followed by 20-30 minutes of jam time.

Reverse Star
Side Star
Foot to Hand
Transitions:
Front Plank to Chair/Chair to Front Plank
Star to Straddle Bat/Straddle Bat to Star
If you do not meet all the prereqs you can attend if you have sponsorship from an intermediate student who will be attending with you.
