Intro to Acro/Partner Yoga
Learn the basic foundations of acro/partner yoga. This practice incorporates all aspects of yoga using grounding and flying postures that require trust and communication. This teaches us to ask for what we need and requires that we communicate effectively and clearly. We recognize our limits and talents; accepting them all equally, while overcoming self limiting ideas.
In this workshop you will learn the basic skills of flying, basing and spotting while cultivating deeper more playful connections with others and simply having fun.
