Refine your practice with specific drills and exercises to enhance strength and control. We will work on specific L-basing skills and drills to improve performance and push your practice forward. Expect games, technical refinement, strength drills, and specific moves. Requirements: At least 3 months of acro practice and success with basic postures such as star, shoulder stand, throne, and moving between them.
