AcroYoga BETA: Train, Gain and Transcend!

BETA means information that you're given to help progress you through a specific route or climbing problem. In this 90-minute class, students will explore the architecture and design of the body in motion to facilitate physical conditioning and dynamic partner movements, as well as therapeutic postures through the use of body weight, gravity and counterbalance.
