Come explore, learn & practice the ancient lineage of Thai Massage. Therapeutics is one of the many components of AcroYoga that allows us to feel more connected to ourselves and to those around us. In this class we will learn Thai Massage theory & have the opportunity to practice Thai Massage with friends traditionally on the floor. Come with a partner or alone and be partnered. All are welcome in this All Levels class.
