AcroYoga is a powerful partner practice that cultivates balance, trust, and connection between people. AcroYoga will challenge and strengthen your sense of balance, coordination, and body awareness in a way that really lets your yoga practice really take flight! Through the use of group games and partner exercises, we'll lift our Yoga off the mat and into the air. In this workshop we'll cover the fundamental concepts of AcroYoga, such as proper body mechanics, core containment, spotting, and counter-balancing. No yoga partner necessary, just a willingness to do amazing new things and have some fun!
